Xiaomi 15 has a general score of 80.6, which is better than the Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T's 72.2 overall score. Even though Xiaomi 15 is incredibly heavier than Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T, it's just a little bit thinner and newer. Both devices in our current comparison come with Android OS (Operating System), but Xiaomi 15 has a newer 14 version while Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T has Android 4.3 version.
Xiaomi 15 features a way better display than Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T, because it has a much higher 1200 x 2670 resolution, a higher display density and a much larger display.
