Both of these phones work with Android operating system, but Xiaomi Mi 10T has newer 10 version and Galaxy S III AT&T has Android 4.3, giving you some nice extra features. Xiaomi Mi 10T is a incredibly newer phone than Galaxy S III AT&T, but it is a little bit thicker and extremely heavier.
