Xiaomi Mi 9T has a score of 82.2, which is better than Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T's 72.2 global score. The Xiaomi Mi 9T body is newer, but extremely heavier and just a little bit thicker than the Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T. Both phones in this review work with Android OS, but the Xiaomi Mi 9T has newer 10 version while Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T has Android 4.3, so it offers a lot of extra features and performance tweaks.

The Xiaomi Mi 9T features a bit more vivid screen than Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T, because it has a lot larger screen, more pixels per inch of screen and a lot higher resolution of 1080 x 2340px. The Xiaomi Mi 9T counts with a much bigger storage for apps and games than Galaxy S III AT&T, because although it has no external memory slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage.

The Xiaomi Mi 9T has a little better hardware performance than Galaxy S III AT&T, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics co-processor, it also counts with a larger number of cores (and they are faster) and more RAM memory. Xiaomi Mi 9T shoots greater photographs and videos than Galaxy S III AT&T, because it has a lot larger back-facing camera sensor which offers a way better image and video quality, a way larger diafragm aperture, a much better 3840x2160 (4K) video quality and a camera with lot more megapixels.

The Xiaomi Mi 9T features a much better battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy S III AT&T, because it has a 4000mAh battery size against 2100mAh.
