Apple iPhone 7 has an overall score of 81.6, which is just a bit better than Samsung Galaxy S III's global score of 74.8. The Apple iPhone 7 construction is notably newer and thinner, but also just a bit heavier than Samsung Galaxy S III. The iPhone 7 has a little faster processor than Galaxy S III, although it has doesn't have an extra graphics co-processor, they both have the same RAM amount and a Quad-Core CPU.

Samsung Galaxy S III has a little bit better screen than Apple iPhone 7, because although it has a little lower 1280 x 720px resolution, way less brightness and a just a bit worse pixels density, it also counts with a little bigger screen. The Apple iPhone 7 shoots much clearer photographs and videos than Galaxy S III, and although they both have the same sensor size, the Apple iPhone 7 also has a way better (4K) video definition, a camera with much more mega-pixels and a way bigger aperture for better low light photography and videos.

The Apple iPhone 7 counts with a superior storage capacity for applications and games than Galaxy S III, because although it has no external memory card slot, it also counts with 224 GB more internal storage. The Samsung Galaxy S III features just a bit better battery performance than iPhone 7, because it has 2100mAh of battery capacity instead of 1960mAh.

Although iPhone 7 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Samsung Galaxy S III, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Samsung Galaxy S III. So if you need that extra features, you can buy iPhone 7, but if you don't you can save some dollars and buy the Samsung Galaxy S III, giving up a couple features and specs.
