Both of these phones use Android OS, but the Asus ROG Phone 5s has 12 version while Samsung Galaxy S III has Android 4.3, so it provides the user some extra features. Asus ROG Phone 5s's body is noticeably newer, but a lot heavier and thicker than the Samsung Galaxy S III.
