Asus ROG Phone 8 is a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy S III, with a 79.5 score against 74.8. Both of these devices come with Android OS, but the Asus ROG Phone 8 has newer 14 version and Samsung Galaxy S III has Android 4.3 version, so it provides you a couple nice extra features. The Asus ROG Phone 8 body is extremely newer, but heavier and just a bit thicker than the Samsung Galaxy S III.

The Asus ROG Phone 8 has a much better screen than Samsung Galaxy S III, because it has a lot larger screen, a way brighter display, a way better resolution of 1080 x 2400px and a better screen pixel density. The Galaxy S III counts with a much better hardware performance than Asus ROG Phone 8, because although it has lesser cores (although they are faster) and less RAM memory, it also counts with a graphics processor.

Asus ROG Phone 8 features a much better storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy S III, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with more internal memory. Asus ROG Phone 8 takes much clearer pictures and videos than Galaxy S III, because it has a camera in the back with way more mega-pixels, a way larger back-facing camera sensor taking much better quality videos and pictures, a way larger aperture to capture better captures and videos in low-light environments and a lot better 7680x4320 video definition.

The Asus ROG Phone 8 counts with a very superior battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy S III, because it has 5500mAh of battery capacity.
