The Google Nexus 6 has a global score of 81.1, which is a little bit better than Galaxy S III's overall score of 74.8. Both of these phones come with Android OS (Operating System), but Google Nexus 6 has a newer 5.1 version while Galaxy S III has Android 4.3, providing the user lots of additional features and a performance increase. Google Nexus 6 is a much newer phone than the Galaxy S III, although it's thicker and way heavier.

Google Nexus 6 features just a bit better looking screen than Galaxy S III, because it has a bigger screen, a lot higher resolution of 2560 x 1440 and a much higher quantity of pixels per inch in the display. Google Nexus 6 has a bit bigger memory capacity for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy S III, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with more internal memory.

Google Nexus 6 counts with a bit better processing unit than Galaxy S III, because although it has a worse GPU running at 500 megahertz, and they both have the same number of cores, the Google Nexus 6 also counts with 1 GB more RAM memory. If you prefer to save some dollars, you can get the Samsung Galaxy S III, giving up a few specs and features, but you'll get the most with your money.
