Google Pixel 4 has an overall score of 81.9, which is slightly better than the Galaxy S III's 74.8 overall score. Google Pixel 4 is a incredibly newer and a little thinner cellphone than the Galaxy S III, although it is also somewhat heavier. The Google Pixel 4 has a little faster CPU than Samsung Galaxy S III, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics co-processor, it also counts with 4 GB more RAM and a greater number of cores (and also faster).
The Galaxy S III counts with just a bit better looking screen than Google Pixel 4, although it has a way lower resolution of 1280 x 720, a much lower amount of pixels per inch in the display and a bit smaller screen. Google Pixel 4 counts with a little bit better memory for applications and games than Galaxy S III, because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with 64 GB internal memory capacity.
The Google Pixel 4 shoots much better photographs and videos than Galaxy S III, because it has a larger back camera sensor which gives a better image and video quality, a lot better 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, a way better resolution back facing camera and a much larger aperture for better images and video in low light situations.
The Google Pixel 4 has a superior battery performance than Samsung Galaxy S III, because it has a 33% larger battery capacity.
Although Google Pixel 4 is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Samsung Galaxy S III, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Samsung Galaxy S III. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy Google Pixel 4, otherwise you can save some dollars and buy the Samsung Galaxy S III, letting go a couple features and specifications.
