Google Pixel 4 XL is better than Galaxy S III, with a general score of 82.9 against 74.8. Google Pixel 4 XL is a noticeably newer and a little thinner cellphone than the Galaxy S III, but it is way heavier. The Google Pixel 4 XL features just a bit better processing power than Galaxy S III, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processing unit, it also counts with more cores and more RAM.

The Google Pixel 4 XL features a slightly better screen than Samsung Galaxy S III, because it has a lot greater number of pixels per inch of screen, a much better resolution of 1440 x 3040 pixels and a much bigger display. The Google Pixel 4 XL has a bit bigger storage to install applications and games than Samsung Galaxy S III, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with 64 GB internal memory.

The Google Pixel 4 XL has a much better camera than Samsung Galaxy S III, because it has a lot better (4K) video definition, a camera in the back with lot more MP, a bigger sensor taking higher quality photos and videos and a lot larger aperture to take better low-light images and videos. The Google Pixel 4 XL has a really longer battery performance than Galaxy S III, because it has 3700mAh of battery capacity.

Although Google Pixel 4 XL is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Galaxy S III, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Galaxy S III. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy the Google Pixel 4 XL, but if you don't you can save some money and get the Galaxy S III, resigning a couple specifications.
