The Google Pixel 5 is better than the Galaxy S III, getting an 89 score against 74.8. The Google Pixel 5 body is extremely newer and a little bit thinner than Galaxy S III's, although it's somewhat heavier. The Google Pixel 5 has just a little better performance than Galaxy S III, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics co-processor, it also counts with more RAM memory and 4 more processing cores.

Galaxy S III features a little bit better screen than Google Pixel 5, although it has a way worse resolution of 1280 x 720px, a much worse screen pixel density and a really smaller display. Google Pixel 5 features a greater camera than Samsung Galaxy S III, because it has a way higher 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, a back facing camera with way more MP, a larger back camera sensor taking more light and vivid colors and a way bigger camera aperture.

Google Pixel 5 has a much better memory for applications and games than Galaxy S III, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory. Google Pixel 5 features a really longer battery life than Galaxy S III, because it has a 94 percent bigger battery capacity.

Google Pixel 5 is way more expensive than Galaxy S III, but you can get a better phone for that extra money.
