Comparison review

The HTC U Ultra is a bit better than Samsung Galaxy S III, having a 77 score against 74.8. HTC U Ultra's body is notably newer and just a bit thinner than Samsung Galaxy S III's, although it is also noticeably heavier. The Samsung Galaxy S III counts with a bit more powerful CPU than HTC U Ultra, because although it has less RAM, and they both have 4 processing cores, the Samsung Galaxy S III also counts with an extra graphics co-processor.

The Galaxy S III has a little more vivid display than HTC U Ultra, although it has a way lower resolution of 1280 x 720, a bit smaller display and a lot worse display density. The HTC U Ultra has a superior camera than Galaxy S III, because it has a much larger sensor, a way more mega-pixels camera in the back, a way better 3840x2160 (4K) video quality and a much bigger camera aperture.

The HTC U Ultra counts with a very superior storage capacity for apps and games than Galaxy S III, because it has an external memory slot that holds up to 1,95 TB and more internal memory capacity. HTC U Ultra has a way better battery life than Samsung Galaxy S III, because it has a 3000mAh battery capacity instead of 2100mAh.

Although HTC U Ultra is a better device, it is way more expensive than Galaxy S III, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Galaxy S III. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy the HTC U Ultra, else you can save some dollars and get the Galaxy S III, giving up a couple specs and features.
