The HTC U11 is just a bit better than Samsung Galaxy S III, having a global score of 77.6 against 74.8. HTC U11's design is newer and a little bit thinner than Samsung Galaxy S III's, but it is also notably heavier. HTC U11 features a little bit better processing power than Galaxy S III, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processor, it also counts with 4 more cpu cores and a higher amount of RAM memory.

The HTC U11 has a little sharper display than Samsung Galaxy S III, because it has a little bit larger screen, a lot higher display density and a much higher resolution of 1440 x 2560px. HTC U11 has a way bigger memory capacity to install games and applications than Galaxy S III, because it has a slot for an SD memory card that allows a maximum of 128 GB and 64 GB internal memory.

The HTC U11 shoots better photos and videos than Galaxy S III, because it has a lot bigger camera aperture for better low-light photos and video, a lot higher 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, a bigger sensor capturing better quality videos and pictures and a way higher resolution back camera. HTC U11 counts with a much longer battery performance than Samsung Galaxy S III, because it has 3000mAh of battery capacity instead of 2100mAh.
