The Huawei Mate 20 is just a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy S III, with a 79.5 score against 74.8. The Huawei Mate 20 design is a lot newer and just a little bit thinner, but notably heavier than Samsung Galaxy S III. Both of these phones come with Android OS, but Huawei Mate 20 has newer 9.0 Pie version while Samsung Galaxy S III has Android 4.3 version.
Huawei Mate 20 has a bit better processor than Galaxy S III, because although it has doesn't have a graphics processing unit, it also counts with 4 more processing cores and more RAM memory. The Huawei Mate 20 has a little sharper display than Galaxy S III, because it has a way larger display, way more brightness, a way higher resolution of 1080 x 2244px and a higher screen density.
Huawei Mate 20 has a superior camera than Galaxy S III, because it has a lot larger diafragm aperture to take better low light photography and videos, a way better 12 megapixels resolution camera in the back, a lot better video quality and a lot larger camera sensor which gives a lot higher image and video quality.
Huawei Mate 20 has a much better memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy S III, because although it has no slot for an external memory card, it also counts with 96 GB more internal memory capacity. Huawei Mate 20 counts with a very superior battery duration than Samsung Galaxy S III, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity instead of 2100mAh.
Although Huawei Mate 20 is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Samsung Galaxy S III, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Samsung Galaxy S III.
