Comparison review
The Huawei Mate 20 lite has a global score of 76.2, which is just a bit better than Galaxy S III's 74.8 global score. Both phones in this review come with Android operating system, but Huawei Mate 20 lite has newer 8.1 Oreo version and Galaxy S III has Android 4.3. Although the Huawei Mate 20 lite is a lot heavier than Galaxy S III, it's somewhat thinner and also notably newer.
The Samsung Galaxy S III has a bit better screen than Huawei Mate 20 lite, although it has a lot worse resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels, a lot worse screen pixel density and a lot smaller screen. Huawei Mate 20 lite has a very superior memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy S III, because it has 64 GB internal memory capacity and a slot for SD memory cards that holds a maximum of 512 GB.
The Huawei Mate 20 lite features just a little better performance than Samsung Galaxy S III, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processing unit, it also counts with a higher number of faster cores and more RAM memory. Huawei Mate 20 lite captures better videos and photos than Galaxy S III, and although they both have the same (Full HD) video definition, the Huawei Mate 20 lite also has faster 60 fps video frame rate, a lot bigger aperture for better captures and video in poorly lited situations and a camera in the back with lot more MP.
Huawei Mate 20 lite features a much longer battery life than Galaxy S III, because it has a 3750mAh battery capacity.
