Huawei Mate 20 Pro is much better than the Galaxy S III, with an 82.9 score against 74.8. The Huawei Mate 20 Pro is a much heavier cellphone than the Galaxy S III, but both of them have the same thickness. Huawei Mate 20 Pro counts with a bit superior processing unit than Galaxy S III, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processing unit, it also counts with 4 GB more RAM memory and a larger number of cores (and also faster).

The Huawei Mate 20 Pro features a little bit better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy S III, because it has a way larger display, a much higher 1440 x 3120px resolution and a lot greater pixel quantity per inch of screen. The Huawei Mate 20 Pro counts with a way bigger storage to install games and applications than Samsung Galaxy S III, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with 96 GB more internal storage capacity.

The Huawei Mate 20 Pro features a lot better camera than Samsung Galaxy S III, because it has a way bigger camera sensor taking more light and vivid colors, a much higher 3840x2160 video definition, a camera with a much higher 40 megapixels resolution and a much larger diafragm aperture to capture better low light captures and video.

The Huawei Mate 20 Pro has a superior battery performance than Galaxy S III, because it has 4200mAh of battery capacity instead of 2100mAh.

Although Huawei Mate 20 Pro is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Samsung Galaxy S III, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Samsung Galaxy S III. If you prefer to save some dollars, you can get Samsung Galaxy S III, and give up a couple features, but you'll get the most with your money.
