Both phones in this comparison review come with Android operating system, but Huawei Mate 30 has a more recent 10 version and Samsung Galaxy S III has Android 4.3 version, giving lots of additional features. Huawei Mate 30 is a a lot newer and a little bit thinner device than Samsung Galaxy S III, although it's also a lot heavier.
Huawei Mate 30 has a bit better processor than Galaxy S III, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processor, it also counts with more RAM memory and a larger number of cores.
