The Huawei Mate X2 has an overall score of 89.1, which is much better than the Samsung Galaxy S III's 74.8 global score. These devices work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Huawei Mate X2 has a more recent 10 version while Samsung Galaxy S III has Android 4.3 version. The Huawei Mate X2 body is noticeably newer and just a bit thinner than Samsung Galaxy S III's, although it's also heavier.
Galaxy S III features a bit sharper screen than Huawei Mate X2, although it has a much smaller screen, a lot lower pixels density and a way worse resolution of 1280 x 720.
