Comparison review

LG G5 is slightly better than the Galaxy S III, having a 76.1 score against 74.8. The LG G5 is a newer and thinner phone than the Galaxy S III, but it is somewhat heavier. These devices have Android operating system, but LG G5 has the newer 8.0 Oreo version and Galaxy S III has Android 4.3. The LG G5 features a little bit better display than Galaxy S III, because it has a quite larger display, a way better amount of pixels per screen inch and a way better 1440 x 2560px resolution.

The LG G5 has a very superior memory for apps and games than Galaxy S III, and although they both have the same 32 GB internal storage capacity, the LG G5 also has an external memory card slot that admits a maximum of 1,95 TB. LG G5 and Samsung Galaxy S III feature quite similar processing units, because although the LG G5 has doesn't have a graphics processor, and they both have 4 cpu cores, it also counts with a higher amount of RAM.

LG G5 has a superior battery duration than Galaxy S III, because it has 2800mAh of battery capacity. The LG G5 takes better pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy S III, because it has a lot bigger camera aperture for better low light images and videos, a lot higher (4K) video resolution, a much better resolution back-facing camera and a larger sensor.

Although LG G5 is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Galaxy S III, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Galaxy S III. So if you need that extra features, you can buy LG G5, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and get the Galaxy S III, resigning a couple features and specs.
