LG V10 is just a bit better than the Galaxy S III, having a overall score of 78.6 against 74.8. Both of these devices use Android operating system, but the LG V10 has a more recent 5.1 version while Galaxy S III has Android 4.3, providing a couple additional features. LG V10 is a a lot heavier device than Galaxy S III, but both of them are equally thin.

LG V10 features a little more vivid screen than Galaxy S III, because it has way more pixels per inch in the display, a lot higher 2560 x 1440px resolution and a bigger display. Galaxy S III features a little better hardware performance than LG V10, because although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, it also counts with 3 more processing cores (although they are slower) and an additional graphics processing unit.

The LG V10 counts with a very superior memory capacity for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy S III, because it has a SD card slot that allows up to 1,95 TB and 64 GB internal storage capacity. The LG V10 shoots a lot better photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy S III, because it has a bigger sensor providing a higher image quality, a back-facing camera with a much better resolution, a way bigger aperture and a way better 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution.

LG V10 features a really longer battery performance than Galaxy S III, because it has a 3000mAh battery capacity.

Although LG V10 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Samsung Galaxy S III, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Samsung Galaxy S III. If you are trying to save a few dollars, you can get Samsung Galaxy S III, giving up a few specs and features, but you will get the most with your money.
