LG V30S ThinQ is much better than Galaxy S III, with a score of 82.5 against 74.8. LG V30S ThinQ is a much newer and thinner phone than Galaxy S III, although it is somewhat heavier. Both of these phones come with Android OS, but the LG V30S ThinQ has a newer 8.0 Oreo version while Galaxy S III has Android 4.3 version.

LG V30S ThinQ has a little bit better display than Galaxy S III, because it has way more pixels per inch in the screen, a bigger screen and a way better resolution of 1440 x 2880px. The LG V30S ThinQ has a little faster processor than Samsung Galaxy S III, because although it has doesn't have a graphics processing unit, it also counts with more RAM memory and more CPU cores.

The LG V30S ThinQ has much more storage to store more games and applications than Galaxy S III, because it has more internal storage and a SD memory card expansion slot that supports up to 1,95 TB. The LG V30S ThinQ captures much better photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy S III, because although it has a tinier camera sensor offering a worse image quality, it also counts with a much larger camera aperture, a camera with a lot higher 16 mega pixels resolution and a lot better 3840x2160 video resolution.

The LG V30S ThinQ has a much longer battery life than Galaxy S III, because it has 3300mAh of battery capacity against 2100mAh.

Although LG V30S ThinQ is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Galaxy S III, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Galaxy S III. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy LG V30S ThinQ, else you can save some dollars and buy the Galaxy S III, giving up a couple specifications.
