These phones come with Android OS, but Motorola Edge 20 has the newer 11 version while Galaxy S III has Android 4.3 version, so it counts with some extra features and some performance improvements. Motorola Edge 20's construction is newer and somewhat thinner than the Galaxy S III's, although it is somewhat heavier.
