The Motorola Edge (2024) is just a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy S III, with a score of 78.5 against 74.8. Motorola Edge (2024)'s design is much newer and just a little thinner, but also heavier than the Samsung Galaxy S III. Both of these phones have Android OS, but the Motorola Edge (2024) has newer 14 version and Samsung Galaxy S III has Android 4.3, providing the user a lot of extra features.

The Galaxy S III counts with a much greater processing power than Motorola Edge (2024), because although it has a lower number of cores (although faster) and a smaller amount of RAM, it also counts with an extra GPU. The Motorola Edge (2024) counts with a bit sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy S III, because it has a way better resolution of 1080 x 2400, a greater pixels quantity per screen inch, a really brighter display and a really bigger display.

Motorola Edge (2024) counts with a lot better camera than Galaxy S III, because it has a way higher video quality, a lot larger back camera sensor providing a much higher image quality, a way larger aperture and a camera with a much higher resolution. Motorola Edge (2024) counts with a much greater storage capacity to install applications and games than Galaxy S III, because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with 256 GB internal memory capacity.

Motorola Edge (2024) features a way better battery lifetime than Galaxy S III, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity.

Although Motorola Edge (2024) is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Samsung Galaxy S III, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Samsung Galaxy S III. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy the Motorola Edge (2024), else you can save a couple dollars and buy the Samsung Galaxy S III, giving up some specs and features.
