Motorola Moto G7 Plus has a general score of 76.1, which is slightly better than the Galaxy S III's 74.8 global score. Both of these phones include Android OS, but Motorola Moto G7 Plus has 10 version and Galaxy S III has Android 4.3 version, so it provides a lot of extra features and performance tweaks. Motorola Moto G7 Plus's construction is incredibly newer and a little thinner, but also a lot heavier than Galaxy S III.
