The Motorola Moto Z3 has a global score of 77.6, which is a little bit better than Galaxy S III's 74.8 overall score. The Motorola Moto Z3 construction is much newer and way thinner, but heavier than the Galaxy S III. Both of these phones come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Motorola Moto Z3 has 9.0 Pie version and Galaxy S III has Android 4.3, so it provides the user some extra features.

The Galaxy S III has a bit more vivid screen than Moto Z3, although it has a much smaller screen, a lot worse resolution of 1280 x 720px and a little bit worse screen density. The Moto Z3 features a much bigger storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy S III, because it has 32 GB more internal storage capacity and a slot for external memory cards that holds a maximum of 1,95 TB.

The Motorola Moto Z3 features a little bit better processing power than Samsung Galaxy S III, because although it has doesn't have a graphics co-processor, it also counts with a larger number of cores and a larger amount of RAM. Moto Z3 counts with a better camera than Samsung Galaxy S III, because it has a back facing camera with a way better 12 MP resolution, a bigger back-facing camera sensor taking more light and vivid colors, a way higher (4K) video quality and a lot bigger aperture.

The Moto Z3 has a very superior battery performance than Samsung Galaxy S III, because it has a 43% greater battery capacity.

Although Moto Z3 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Galaxy S III, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Galaxy S III. If you are trying to save some dollars, you can get Galaxy S III, and give up a couple features, but you will get the most with your budget.
