Motorola razr (2020) is much better than the Samsung Galaxy S III, with an 87 score against 74.8. These phones use Android OS, but Motorola razr (2020) has a more recent 11 version while Samsung Galaxy S III has Android 4.3. The Motorola razr (2020) is a a lot newer and a little bit thinner cellphone than Samsung Galaxy S III, but it's way heavier.
Galaxy S III counts with a bit better display than Motorola razr (2020), although it has a really smaller display, a just a little worse pixel density and a way worse 1280 x 720 resolution. The Motorola razr (2020) features a bit better processor than Galaxy S III, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processing unit, it also counts with a higher amount of RAM and a higher number of cores.
Motorola razr (2020) counts with a much better storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy S III, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with 256 GB internal storage capacity. The Motorola razr (2020) has a way better battery life than Galaxy S III, because it has a 33 percent larger battery capacity.
