Both of these devices have Android OS (Operating System), but Nokia XR20 has a more recent 11 version while Samsung Galaxy S III has Android 4.3, so it offers some extra features. The Nokia XR20 is a extremely newer device than Samsung Galaxy S III, although it is heavier and thicker.
