Galaxy A20s has a general score of 77, which is slightly better than the Samsung Galaxy S III's 74.8 score. Both of these phones include Android OS, but the Galaxy A20s has newer 11 version while Samsung Galaxy S III has Android 4.3 version, offering some extra features. Even though the Galaxy A20s is incredibly heavier than the Samsung Galaxy S III, it's a bit thinner and way newer.

Galaxy S III features a bit faster processor than Samsung Galaxy A20s, because although it has a lower amount of RAM and less and slower processing cores, it also counts with a graphics processing unit.
