The Galaxy A22 is a bit better than Galaxy S III, getting a 76.1 score against 74.8. Both of these phones work with Android operating system, but the Galaxy A22 has the newer 12 version and Galaxy S III has Android 4.3, providing lots of additional features. Galaxy A22 is a noticeably newer and a bit thinner phone than Galaxy S III, but it's also incredibly heavier.

The Galaxy A22 counts with a little better hardware performance than Galaxy S III, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processing unit, it also counts with 4 more processing cores and more RAM memory. The Galaxy S III has a much better display than Galaxy A22, because although it has a lot smaller screen and a quite lower 1280 x 720 resolution, it also counts with a just a bit greater pixels quantity per inch in the display.

The Galaxy A22 counts with a much greater memory for games and applications than Galaxy S III, because it has a SD memory card expansion slot that holds up to 1 TB and 64 GB internal memory capacity. Galaxy S III has a much better battery lifetime than Galaxy A22. Samsung Galaxy A22 counts with a much better camera than Galaxy S III, and although they both have the same 1920x1080 video definition and the same video frame rate, the Samsung Galaxy A22 also has a lot higher resolution camera and a way larger diafragm aperture to capture better captures and videos in low light situations.
