Samsung Galaxy A31 has a score of 81.3, which is a little bit better than the Galaxy S III's 74.8 general score. Samsung Galaxy A31 is a heavier phone than Galaxy S III, but both of them are 0.34inches thick. Both phones in this review include Android operating system, but Samsung Galaxy A31 has newer 10 version while Galaxy S III has Android 4.3.
Galaxy S III counts with a little bit better looking screen than Galaxy A31, although it has a way lower pixel density, a really smaller screen and a way worse resolution of 1280 x 720. Galaxy A31 counts with a very superior storage for apps and games than Galaxy S III, because it has 64 GB internal memory capacity and an external memory slot that admits a maximum of 512 GB.
Samsung Galaxy A31 counts with a bit more powerful processor than Samsung Galaxy S III, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processor, it also counts with a larger amount of RAM and more processing cores. The Samsung Galaxy A31 features a very superior battery life than Galaxy S III, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity instead of 2100mAh.
Samsung Galaxy A31 has a way better camera than Samsung Galaxy S III, and although they both have the same video frame rates and the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video definition, the Samsung Galaxy A31 also has a lot more mega-pixels camera, a lot bigger aperture for better photos in poorly lited situations and a much bigger camera sensor taking more light and vivid colors.
