Samsung Galaxy A50s is much better than the Galaxy S III, with a overall score of 86.6 against 74.8. Although the Samsung Galaxy A50s is heavier than the Galaxy S III, it's somewhat thinner and newer. These phones use Android operating system, but Samsung Galaxy A50s has a newer 10 version and Galaxy S III has Android 4.3 version.

Samsung Galaxy A50s has a bit more powerful processing unit than Galaxy S III, because although it has doesn't have an extra GPU, it also counts with more RAM and a greater number of faster cores. The Samsung Galaxy S III features a slightly better looking display than Galaxy A50s, although it has a way worse resolution of 1280 x 720, a bit worse screen density and a lot smaller screen.

The Galaxy A50s has a lot better camera than Galaxy S III, because it has a lot better (4K) video resolution, a lot bigger diafragm aperture to take better low-light images, a way bigger back-facing camera sensor taking lot higher quality videos and pictures and a back camera with much more mega pixels.

The Samsung Galaxy A50s features a much bigger storage for games and applications than Galaxy S III, because it has 128 GB internal memory capacity and a SD memory slot that admits up to 512 GB. The Samsung Galaxy A50s features a very superior battery duration than Samsung Galaxy S III, because it has a 4000mAh battery capacity.
