Samsung Galaxy J7 Max has a general score of 76.1, which is a little bit better than Samsung Galaxy S III's global score of 74.8. These phones include Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy J7 Max has the newer 7.0 Nougat version while Samsung Galaxy S III has Android 4.3 version. Samsung Galaxy J7 Max's construction is incredibly newer and a bit thinner, but also much heavier than Samsung Galaxy S III.

Galaxy J7 Max features a bit better camera than Galaxy S III, and although they both have the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video quality and the same 30 frames per second video frame rate, the Galaxy J7 Max also has a lot bigger camera aperture and a lot better resolution back camera.
