Samsung Galaxy Note 20 has a global score of 90.8, which is a lot better than Samsung Galaxy S III's general score of 74.8. Samsung Galaxy Note 20's construction is way newer and a little bit thinner, but notably heavier than the Samsung Galaxy S III. Galaxy Note 20 features a bit better performance than Galaxy S III, because although it has doesn't have an additional GPU, it also counts with 6 GB more RAM and 4 more cpu cores.

Samsung Galaxy S III counts with a little sharper screen than Galaxy Note 20, although it has a lot smaller display, a lot worse resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels and a just a little worse screen pixel density. The Galaxy Note 20 counts with a way better camera than Galaxy S III, because it has a much better video resolution, a way larger sensor, a way more MP camera and a much bigger aperture to take better captures and videos in low-light environments.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 features a way bigger storage capacity for applications and games than Samsung Galaxy S III, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage capacity. Galaxy Note 20 counts with a much longer battery performance than Galaxy S III, because it has a 105 percent bigger battery capacity.

Although Galaxy Note 20 is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Galaxy S III, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Galaxy S III. So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy Galaxy Note 20, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and buy the Galaxy S III, giving up a couple features and specifications.
