Comparison review

Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is way better than the Galaxy S III, having a global score of 98.9 against 74.8. Even though Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is notably heavier than Galaxy S III, it's just a little bit thinner and notably newer. These phones work with Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has the newer 13 version and Galaxy S III has Android 4.3, so it offers some extra features and some performance improvements.

The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra features a bit better CPU than Galaxy S III, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics co-processor, it also counts with 4 more cores and more RAM. Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a bit better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy S III, because it has a much bigger display, a way higher display pixel density and a way higher resolution of 1440 x 3088 pixels.

The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a much bigger memory to install games and applications than Galaxy S III, because it has a slot for an SD memory card that supports a maximum of 1000 GB and 128 GB internal memory capacity. Galaxy Note 20 Ultra shoots much better videos and photos than Galaxy S III, because it has a much larger aperture to take better low light photography and video, a way more mega pixels camera, a much better video definition and a way bigger sensor.

The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra features a much longer battery life than Galaxy S III, because it has a 4500mAh battery size instead of 2100mAh.

Although Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is a better device, it costs a lot more than Samsung Galaxy S III, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Samsung Galaxy S III. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and get the Samsung Galaxy S III, resigning some specifications.
