Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is just a bit better than the Galaxy S III, with a global score of 81.2 against 74.8. These phones use Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 has a newer 5.0 version while Galaxy S III has Android 4.3, giving you some extra features. The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is a newer and a bit thinner cellphone than Galaxy S III, but it is also notably heavier.
Samsung Galaxy Note 3 has a bit more powerful processing unit than Galaxy S III, because although it has a worse graphics processing unit running at 450 MHz, and they both have a Quad-Core CPU, the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 also counts with 1 GB more RAM memory. Samsung Galaxy Note 3 has a little sharper display than Galaxy S III, because it has a larger screen, a way higher resolution of 1920 x 1080px and more pixels per inch of screen.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 features a much greater storage to store more apps and games than Galaxy S III, and although they both have a SD extension slot that holds a maximum of 64 GB, the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 also has 32 GB more internal storage. The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 counts with a much better battery duration than Galaxy S III, because it has 3200mAh of battery capacity against 2100mAh.
Galaxy Note 3 shoots much better videos and photos than Galaxy S III, because although it has a smaller camera sensor, it also counts with a back facing camera with lot more mega pixels, a way better 3840x2160 video quality and a larger aperture to capture better photos in low light environments.
The Galaxy Note 3 costs more than Galaxy S III, but it's still a great deal, as you can get a lot more for that extra money.
