Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is just a bit better than the Galaxy S III, with a global score of 81.2 against 74.8. These phones use Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 has a newer 5.0 version while Galaxy S III has Android 4.3, giving you some extra features. The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is a newer and a bit thinner cellphone than Galaxy S III, but it is also notably heavier.

Samsung Galaxy Note 3 has a bit more powerful processing unit than Galaxy S III, because although it has a worse graphics processing unit running at 450 MHz, and they both have a Quad-Core CPU, the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 also counts with 1 GB more RAM memory. Samsung Galaxy Note 3 has a little sharper display than Galaxy S III, because it has a larger screen, a way higher resolution of 1920 x 1080px and more pixels per inch of screen.

The Galaxy Note 3 costs more than Galaxy S III, but it's still a great deal, as you can get a lot more for that extra money.
