Comparison review

The Galaxy Note 5 is slightly better than the Galaxy S III, having a 79.3 score against 74.8. Both of these devices have Android operating system, but Galaxy Note 5 has the newer 5.1 version and Galaxy S III has Android 4.3. Galaxy Note 5 is a much newer and thinner cellphone than Galaxy S III, although it is heavier.

Galaxy S III has a little better processing power than Samsung Galaxy Note 5, because although it has 2 GB less RAM, it also counts with 3 more cpu cores and a graphics processing unit. Samsung Galaxy Note 5 counts with a slightly better looking screen than Galaxy S III, because it has a much higher resolution of 2560 x 1440px, way more pixels per inch of display and a bigger screen.

Samsung Galaxy Note 5 has just a bit bigger memory capacity for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy S III, because although it has no slot for an external memory card, it also counts with 64 GB internal memory. The Galaxy Note 5 shoots better photographs and videos than Galaxy S III, because it has a camera with much more megapixels, a lot better video quality, a larger sensor capturing more light and vivid colors and a much bigger aperture for better images and videos in low light situations.

Samsung Galaxy Note 5 counts with a really longer battery duration than Samsung Galaxy S III, because it has a 43 percent larger battery capacity.

Although Samsung Galaxy Note 5 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Galaxy S III, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Galaxy S III. So if you need that extra features, you can buy Samsung Galaxy Note 5, else you can save a couple dollars and buy the Galaxy S III, resigning a couple specifications.
