Galaxy Note10 has a general score of 89, which is better than Samsung Galaxy S III's 74.8 global score. Galaxy Note10's body is notably newer and a little bit thinner than Samsung Galaxy S III's, although it's much heavier. The Galaxy Note10 features a little better processing power than Galaxy S III, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processing unit, it also counts with more processing cores and a larger amount of RAM.

The Galaxy S III counts with a little bit better looking display than Galaxy Note10, although it has a lot smaller screen, a way worse 1280 x 720 resolution and a bit lower quantity of pixels per inch in the display. Galaxy Note10 captures much clearer videos and photos than Galaxy S III, because it has a lot higher video quality, a lot more megapixels back camera, a bigger camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors and a way larger aperture to capture better low light photos.

The Galaxy Note10 features much more storage capacity to install applications and games than Samsung Galaxy S III, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with 256 GB internal memory. Galaxy Note10 features a superior battery duration than Galaxy S III, because it has 3500mAh of battery capacity.

Although Galaxy Note10 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Galaxy S III, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Galaxy S III. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy Galaxy Note10, but if you don't you can save some money and get the Galaxy S III, resigning a couple features and specifications.
