The Galaxy S20 has a score of 94.8, which is a lot better than the Galaxy S III's global score of 74.8. These phones come with Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy S20 has 13 version and Galaxy S III has Android 4.3 version, giving a lot of extra features and a performance increase. The Galaxy S20 design is newer and just a bit thinner than the Galaxy S III's, but it is also heavier.
The Galaxy S20 counts with a slightly better display than Samsung Galaxy S III, because it has a larger display, a much better amount of pixels per display inch and a much higher 1440 x 3200px resolution. The Galaxy S20 has a superior memory capacity for games and applications than Galaxy S III, because it has 128 GB internal storage capacity and a slot for an external memory card that supports up to 1000 GB.
The Galaxy S20 features just a bit better performance than Samsung Galaxy S III, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics co-processor, it also counts with 4 more CPU cores and a greater amount of RAM memory. The Galaxy S20 counts with a way better battery performance than Galaxy S III, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity.
Samsung Galaxy S20 counts with a greater camera than Samsung Galaxy S III, because it has a much better 7680x4320 video definition, a much higher 12 mega-pixels resolution camera, a lot bigger camera aperture to capture better low light images and videos and a lot larger sensor shooting lot higher quality videos and pictures.
Although Samsung Galaxy S20 is a better device, it is way more expensive than Galaxy S III, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Galaxy S III. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy the Samsung Galaxy S20, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and buy the Galaxy S III, resigning some specifications.
