The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a global score of 98, which is way better than the Galaxy S III's overall score of 74.8. The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with a bit better processor than Samsung Galaxy S III, because although it has doesn't have a graphics processing unit, it also counts with more RAM and a greater number of cores. The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with a really longer battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy S III, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity instead of 2100mAh.
