The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a global score of 98, which is way better than the Galaxy S III's overall score of 74.8. Both phones in this comparison work with Android operating system, but Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has the newer 13 version and Galaxy S III has Android 4.3. Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G's construction is much newer than the Galaxy S III's, but it's a little bit thicker and noticeably heavier.
Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a bit more vivid display than Galaxy S III, because it has a way better 1440 x 3200 resolution, a lot larger screen and a way better pixel density. Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a much better storage for applications and games than Galaxy S III, because it has 128 GB internal storage and an external memory card slot that supports a maximum of 1000 GB.
The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with a bit better processor than Samsung Galaxy S III, because although it has doesn't have a graphics processing unit, it also counts with more RAM and a greater number of cores. The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with a really longer battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy S III, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity instead of 2100mAh.
The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G captures much clearer photographs and videos than Galaxy S III, because it has a lot better 7680x4320 video definition, a lot bigger camera aperture to take better low light images and video, a way bigger sensor and a much better 108 mega pixels resolution back facing camera.
Although Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Samsung Galaxy S III, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Samsung Galaxy S III. If you want to save some money, you can buy the Samsung Galaxy S III, and give up a couple features, but you'll get the most out of your savings.
