Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy S25 is better than the Galaxy S III, having an 82.6 score against 74.8. Samsung Galaxy S25 is a notably thinner and much lighter cellphone than Galaxy S III. These devices have Android operating system, but Samsung Galaxy S25 has a newer 14 version and Galaxy S III has Android 4.3, offering a couple nice extra features and increased performance.
Galaxy S III has an extremely better processor than Galaxy S25, because although it has an inferior number of cores and a smaller amount of RAM, it also counts with an extra GPU. The Samsung Galaxy S25 counts with a better looking screen than Galaxy S III, because it has much more brightness, a way better 1080 x 2340 resolution, a greater screen pixel density and a larger screen.
Samsung Galaxy S25 counts with a very superior camera than Galaxy S III, because it has a much larger camera sensor shooting way better quality pictures, a way better 7680x4320 video resolution, a camera with a much higher resolution and a way larger camera aperture. The Galaxy S25 has a lot bigger storage for games and applications than Galaxy S III, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with 96 GB more internal memory capacity.
The Galaxy S25 has a much better battery performance than Samsung Galaxy S III, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity against 2100mAh.
Although Galaxy S25 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Galaxy S III, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Galaxy S III. So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy Galaxy S25, but if you don't you can save some dollars and buy the Galaxy S III, letting go some specifications.
