Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra is a lot better than Galaxy S III, having a overall score of 90.7 against 74.8. Both of these phones include Android OS (operating system), but the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra has a more recent 14 version and Galaxy S III has Android 4.3 version. The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra construction is way lighter and incredibly thinner than Galaxy S III.
