Galaxy S7 is a little bit better than the Galaxy S III, getting a score of 79.5 against 74.8. Galaxy S7's construction is much newer and a little thinner, but also heavier than Galaxy S III. The Samsung Galaxy S7 features a much better display than Samsung Galaxy S III, because it has a lot better 1440 x 2560 resolution, a little bit bigger display, a lot better screen pixels density and much more brightness.

Galaxy S7 has a bigger storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy S III, and although they both have exactly the same 32 GB internal memory capacity, the Galaxy S7 also has a SD card slot that allows a maximum of 200 GB. Galaxy S III and Galaxy S7 both count with very similar processing units, because although the Galaxy S7 has doesn't have an extra graphics processing unit, and they both have a Quad-Core processor, it also counts with a larger amount of RAM memory.

Galaxy S7 counts with a very superior battery lifetime than Galaxy S III, because it has 3000mAh of battery capacity. Galaxy S7 takes much better videos and photos than Galaxy S III, because it has a larger back camera sensor shooting better quality videos and pictures, a way larger diafragm aperture for better low light photos, a camera with lot more MP and a much higher 3840x2160 video resolution.

The Samsung Galaxy S7 not only is the best devices of the ones we are comparing, but it's also by far the cheapest one.
