The Samsung Galaxy S7 edge is just a bit better than the Galaxy S III, having a 78.1 score against 74.8. The Samsung Galaxy S7 edge construction is extremely newer and thinner, but heavier than Galaxy S III. Both devices in this comparison have Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy S7 edge has a more recent 8.0 Oreo version while Galaxy S III has Android 4.3 version, so it gives you a couple additional features.
