Sony Xperia 10 II has a global score of 78.5, which is a little bit better than Galaxy S III's score of 74.8. Both of these phones have Android OS, but the Sony Xperia 10 II has 10 version while Galaxy S III has Android 4.3 version. The Sony Xperia 10 II is a way newer and just a bit thinner cellphone than Galaxy S III, although it's also heavier.

The Galaxy S III features a bit better screen than Sony Xperia 10 II, although it has a lot lesser pixels per display inch, a much lower resolution of 1280 x 720px and a much smaller display. The Xperia 10 II features a much greater storage to install applications and games than Galaxy S III, because it has more internal storage and a SD memory card expansion slot that holds a maximum of 1000 GB.
