Comparison review

Xperia Z3 is a bit better than the Galaxy S III, having a general score of 77.3 against 74.8. Both of these phones include Android OS (operating system), but the Xperia Z3 has 4.4.4 version while Galaxy S III has Android 4.3, so it provides some extra features and performance improvements. The Xperia Z3 body is extremely newer than Galaxy S III's, but it's a little thicker and extremely heavier.

The Sony Xperia Z3 has a little better processing power than Samsung Galaxy S III, because although it has a slower graphics processor, and they both have 4 cores, the Sony Xperia Z3 also counts with more RAM memory. The Xperia Z3 has a much better display than Galaxy S III, because it has a way better resolution of 1920 x 1080, a lot brighter screen, a greater display density and a bit larger screen.

Xperia Z3 counts with a greater camera than Galaxy S III, because it has a lot better video quality, a lot bigger camera sensor providing a lot better image quality, a lot bigger aperture and a much better 20.7 MP resolution camera in the back.
