Xperia Z5 is just a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy S III, getting a general score of 77.6 against 74.8. Xperia Z5 is a noticeably newer and somewhat thinner phone than the Samsung Galaxy S III, although it is also heavier. Both phones in this comparison review work with Android OS, but the Xperia Z5 has a newer 5.1 version while Samsung Galaxy S III has Android 4.3 version, so it provides you some additional features.
The Sony Xperia Z5 counts with a bit better screen than Samsung Galaxy S III, because it has a bit bigger display, a lot better 1920 x 1080px resolution and more pixels per inch of screen. The Xperia Z5 features a bit better processing power than Samsung Galaxy S III, because although it has a slower graphics processing unit working at 450 MHz, it also counts with a higher amount of RAM and more CPU cores.
The Sony Xperia Z5 counts with a lot better camera than Samsung Galaxy S III, because it has a much larger sensor providing a much better image quality, a way bigger aperture for better photography and videos in low light environments, a back facing camera with a much higher 23 mega-pixels resolution and a lot better 3840x2160 video definition.
