Xperia Z5 is just a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy S III, getting a general score of 77.6 against 74.8. Xperia Z5 is a noticeably newer and somewhat thinner phone than the Samsung Galaxy S III, although it is also heavier. Both phones in this comparison review work with Android OS, but the Xperia Z5 has a newer 5.1 version while Samsung Galaxy S III has Android 4.3 version, so it provides you some additional features.
