Comparison review
The Xiaomi Mi Max 2 is a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy S III, with a global score of 77.5 against 74.8. The Xiaomi Mi Max 2 body is noticeably newer and somewhat thinner than the Samsung Galaxy S III's, but it's also a lot heavier. Xiaomi Mi Max 2 features a bit better performance than Galaxy S III, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processor, it also counts with 4 more cpu cores and a greater amount of RAM.
The Galaxy S III counts with a brighter display than Xiaomi Mi Max 2, although it has a lot smaller screen, a quite worse pixel density and a much lower resolution of 1280 x 720. The Xiaomi Mi Max 2 features much more memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy S III, because it has 128 GB internal storage capacity and an external memory card slot that admits up to 128 GB.
Xiaomi Mi Max 2 has a way better battery duration than Galaxy S III, because it has 5300mAh of battery capacity. The Xiaomi Mi Max 2 shoots much clearer videos and photos than Galaxy S III, because it has a bigger sensor, a way more mega pixels camera in the back, a bigger diafragm aperture to capture better images and videos in poorly lited situations and a way better 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution.
Although Xiaomi Mi Max 2 is a better device, it is way more expensive than Galaxy S III, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Galaxy S III. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy the Xiaomi Mi Max 2, else you can save some dollars and buy the Galaxy S III, letting go some features and specs.
