The Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 has an overall score of 78.3, which is just a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy S III's score of 74.8. Both of these devices have Android OS (Operating System), but the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 has a newer 11 version while Samsung Galaxy S III has Android 4.3, providing you a couple nice extra features and some performance improvements. Xiaomi Redmi Note 10's body is newer and a bit thinner, but a lot heavier than Samsung Galaxy S III.
