The Galaxy Nexus Sprint is just a bit better than Galaxy S III mini, getting a general score of 66.2 against 60.9. Even though Galaxy Nexus Sprint and Galaxy S III mini were only released with a couple of months difference, Galaxy Nexus Sprint's design is a little thinner but also noticeably heavier than Galaxy S III mini. Both of these phones include Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy Nexus Sprint has the newer 4.3 version while Galaxy S III mini has Android 4.1.2 version, providing you a couple nice extra features.

Samsung Galaxy Nexus Sprint features a bit more powerful CPU than Samsung Galaxy S III mini, and although they both have a Dual-Core processing unit and the same RAM amount, the Samsung Galaxy Nexus Sprint also has a faster 384 megahertz GPU. Galaxy Nexus Sprint counts with a slightly better screen than Galaxy S III mini, because it has a better quantity of pixels per inch in the display, a larger screen and a lot better resolution of 1280 x 720.
