Comparison review

The Motorola Moto G5 Plus is just a bit better than the Galaxy S III, getting a 74.6 score against 72.9. Motorola Moto G5 Plus is a newer phone than Galaxy S III, but it's somewhat heavier and somewhat thicker. The Galaxy S III and the Moto G5 Plus feature very similar processing units, because although the Moto G5 Plus has doesn't have an extra GPU, it also counts with a greater number of cores (and also faster) and more RAM.

The Galaxy S III counts with a little sharper display than Moto G5 Plus, although it has a little smaller display, a much lower resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels and a way worse pixel quantity per inch of screen. Motorola Moto G5 Plus counts with a much bigger storage capacity for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy S III, because it has 32 GB more internal storage and an external SD slot that holds a maximum of 128 GB.

Moto G5 Plus counts with a much better camera than Galaxy S III, because it has a bigger sensor which offers a better photo and video quality, a much higher 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, a lot larger aperture and a way more MP camera. Motorola Moto G5 Plus has a way better battery performance than Galaxy S III, because it has a 3000mAh battery size.

Moto G5 Plus costs a bit more than the Samsung Galaxy S III, but you can get a better phone for that few extra dollars.
