Samsung Galaxy Nexus Sprint is a bit better than the Galaxy S Relay 4G, with a overall score of 66.2 against 61.3. These phones have Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy Nexus Sprint has a newer 4.3 version and Galaxy S Relay 4G has Android 4.0, counting with lots of additional features and a performance increase. The Samsung Galaxy Nexus Sprint is a just a little lighter and much thinner phone than Galaxy S Relay 4G, even when both of them were released with only 5 months difference.
